This series takes a thematic topic from the season’s operas that also impact our communities today. Join us as we address each topic with a panel of thought leaders and experts in the field. These 60-minute discussions are free and open to the public and provide information about helpful resources when available.

Purpose:

To encourage authentic engagement and share knowledge and resources. Thought leaders, experts, and community members are brought together to discuss relevant topics inspired by the season’s operas that are important to the New Orleans community today.   


To build awareness and effect sustainable change: Community Conversations bring together various community voices around a central touchpoint to engage in an open, facilitated dialogue to discover common ground and paths to understanding or change.
