Latest Initiatives
As we look ahead to the 2025/26 season, we reflect on the power of opera to connect and transport us through shared experiences of beauty.
Thanks to our community’s unwavering support, the New Orleans Opera has brought world-class performances, innovative productions, and impactful educational initiatives to the region for decades. We invite you to join us in shaping the future of opera through our newest initiatives!
Celebration Stones
Purchase a celebration flagstone engraved with your opera connection or to celebrate a person, business, or family. Stones will pave the New Orleans Opera’s home on 2504 Prytania St., connecting the pathway of natural flagstones to the home’s side walkway and filling the front of our new permanent garden stage, increasing access for outdoor events at the Opera Guild Home.
Flagstones are sold for $1,000 and will be installed within 18 months of purchase. Larger or prominently placed stones in front of the stage, at
corners, and at each turn of the walkway are sold for $2,500. NOOA retains final editorial control of message content in line with its 501c3 status.
Political, religious and affiliate symbols are not eligible for inclusion.
