New Orleans Opera’s popular free concert series “Opera on Tap” returns in 2024-2025! 

Our newest musical home is The Domino on St. Claude Avenue in the Bywater. Manager/bartender and fellow performer Chris Wecklein presides over this friendly neighborhood establishment with “an overachieving drink list!”

Come hear the best local and regional talent in a program of opera, operetta, Broadway and more, with pianist Carol Rausch.

For our Northshore fans we’ll continue to offer “Opera on Tap” concerts on the outdoor patio of the Abita Brew Pub. Be sure to make a reservation (985)892-5837, because this space starts filling up a month in advance! 

New Orleans Opera became the first franchise of the NYC-based “Opera on Tap” organization back in 2007, and we’re still going strong.
