Refunds

Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. Cast, programs, prices and schedules are subject to change. If you can’t use your tickets, please consider exchanging, donating or giving them to friends and family.

Exchanges for Mainstage Operas

Can’t make your performance? Call or visit the Box Office to exchange your tickets into another performance during the same season for $5 per ticket plus any additional ticket cost. Exchanges can be made up to two hours before the performance. All exchanges are subject to availability and any price differential applies. Subscribers are not charged an exchange fee.

Donations

Unable to use or exchange your tickets? Call the Box Office at (504) 529-3000 at least 24 hours prior to the opening night performance.

Lost Tickets

Misplace your tickets? Call or visit the Box Office, and we’ll gladly issue reprints. If you received these tickets as a gift, please have the purchaser call the Box Office so they can release the tickets to you.

Late Seating

As a courtesy to artists and patrons, ticket holders who arrive after the performance begins will not be seated until the first intermission. 

Ticket Fees

A non-fundable ticket fee of $7.00/seat is added to each order at the time of purchase. (A $4.00/seat fee to Mahalia Jackson Theater and a $3.00/seat fee for software usage.)

Please note: NOOA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by NOOA without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NOOA may use the photo/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by NOOA, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
