Volunteer Tasks and Benefits
Tasks
Events & Productions
Assignments may include:
- Assist with setup/break down of tables, signage, and other event supplies
- Support food and beverage operations
- Greet guests and/or check guest lists as patrons enter
- Monitor info and/or merch tables
- Other performance-related tasks
Marketing
- Assignments may include:
- Distribute flyers, pamphlets, stickers, etc. to local businesses
- Post, tag, and share NOOA content on social media (must adhere to guidelines and standards document provided upon sign-up)
Administrative
- Assignments may include:
- Organize and track event supplies/inventory
- Assist with department mailings
- Data entry
- General phone calls
